REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt)

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products returned without original packaging
• Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return:
1. Contact us at info@spinnduo.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide the return address and instructions
4. Ship the product back to us

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• If the product is defective or if we made an error: we cover the return shipping cost
• If you changed your mind or no longer want the item: you are responsible for the return shipping cost

6. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:
• Contact us immediately at info@spinnduo.com
• Include photos showing the problem
• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you

8. WARRANTY

Our fingertip spinners include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, impacts, or modifications
