1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using https://spinnduo.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Website or purchase products.

2. PRODUCTS

Our products, including dual-color fingertip spinners with the Gear Lock System, are handmade and may contain minor variations in color or finish.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time without notice.

Product descriptions, images, and technical details are provided to the best of our ability. 
We do not guarantee that product descriptions or Website content are error-free.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable in accordance with Czech and EU tax law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is final.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other methods shown at checkout).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
• Payment cannot be processed
• Fraud is suspected
• The product is unavailable

5. AGE RESTRICTION

Our fingertip spinners are intended for ages 15+.  
They are  NOT TOYS !!!  and contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard.

By purchasing, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, product photography, product designs, videos, and spinner design geometry, is the property of Roman Smékal – SpinnDuo (OSVČ) and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinnDuo is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Injury caused by misuse of the product
• Loss resulting from delays or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers

Products must be used responsibly and according to provided safety guidance.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Disputes may be resolved through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
