SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Because the DrosoLock system is produced using 3D printing and carefully assembled by hand, processing times may slightly increase during periods of high demand. In such cases, we will inform you via email. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Czech Republic: 1–2 business days

  • Germany & European Union: 3–5 business days

  • International Shipping (Non-EU): 7–15 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing).

3. ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (For Non-EU countries) For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, USA), your shipment may be subject to import duties or taxes once it reaches the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for paying any such additional charges.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for shipments that are undelivered or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your shipment is significantly delayed or you suspect it is lost, please contact us at info@spinnduo.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier as quickly as possible.
