REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL) We want you to be completely satisfied with your DrosoLock system. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. (Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of live insect feeding, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used with fruit flies or food media).

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, please contact us at info@spinnduo.com with your order number and the reason for the return (optional, but helpful for our feedback). If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We stand behind the quality of our 3D-printed products. If your DrosoLock system arrives damaged, defective, or if the magnets are not functioning correctly, please contact us at info@spinnduo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective item.
